Goal: Pilot Products Distributor, Inc. has been serving the aviation industry with high quality products since 1992. Our goal then, as it is now, is quite simple…Deliver the highest quality products at the best price possible. Our commitment is 100% satisfaction guarantee!

Product Policy: All products are new and carry our full manufacture warranty unless noted. Products are repaired, or replaced under the provisions and conditions of the warranty. Pilot Products Distributor, Inc. promises to repair or replace any EZ-Flite adapter, or product,  which we have sold if it is found to be a manufacturer’s defect.

Return Policy: All standard catalog products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days. Returns after 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee. There is no refund on custom orders unless the product has a manufacture defect.

Any returns must be done as follows:

  1. Call us at (541) 476-0311 and explain the nature of the return
  2. Return Address: 233 Rogue River Hwy, Suite 1073, Grants Pass, OR 97527
  3. Enclose a copy of original invoice
  4. note: EZ-Flite adapters will be repaired if when used, or replaced at the manufacturer’s discretion.

Shipping Policy: Shipping charges are added to all invoices. All merchandise is shipped via UPS unless special arrangements have been made. COD orders will be charged the UPS C.O.D. rate.

Payment Policy: You may pay for your oder with a Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, bank transfer, COD, or with an approved Net 25 day commercial account.
